Frederic Revilla that – when not being Chef at Domaine Bois de la Gineste – is running one of the region’s best restaurants “Le Faitout” at Berloup. The dinner is accompanied by a selection of fine Saint Chinian wines.
For Luxury hunts a one course barbecue dinner is served as a late lunch, accompanied by fine Saint Chinian wines.
After hunt dining
Following the evening hunt a hot meal is served at the barbecue place in the forest.
