French cuisine

At Domaine Bois de la Gineste we believe in creating an all-inclusive hunting experience that goes beyond the hunt itself. For instance we put a lot of attention to the dining part of the hunt.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast is served.

Gastronomic dinner

For Executive hunts a three course gastronomic dinner is served which is prepared by Domaine Bois de la Gineste’s Chef M. Frederic Revilla. He has been running one of the region’s best restaurants until recently. The dinner is accompanied by a selection of fine French wines.

After hunt dining

Following the evening hunt a hot meal is served at a special covered barbecue place in the forest.
