At Domaine Bois de la Gineste we believe in creating an all-inclusive hunting experience that goes beyond the hunt itself. For instance we put a lot of attention to the dining part of the hunt.
Breakfast
English or Continental breakfast is served.
Gastronomic dinner
For Corporate/Executive hunts a three course gastronomic dinner is served which is prepared by Domaine Bois de la Gineste’s Chef M. Frederic Revilla that – when not being Chef at Domaine Bois de la Gineste’s Michelin Chef M. Frédéric Revilla that has been running one of the region’s best restaurants. The dinner is accompanied by a selection of fine French wines..
After hunt dining
Following the evening hunt a hot meal is served at a special covered barbecue place in the forest.
